Thanks, Steve! I've been able to remove one of my question marks on the map :) I couldn't figure out where that scene was shot but now that you mention it, it seems obvious.

The shot of the sax player is east of location #1. If you were to turn 180 degrees from the opening shot there is the long wall on which Kirk Pengilly and Michael are above. These days it has vendor booths all along it. The graveyard is an amazing place. We were able to walk around parts of it. I had always wanted to visit Prague after seeing that video for the first time and it was great to see the places in the video.
Your guide helped, thanks!

Hi Jill, on the map it's location #11 by the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Jewish_Cemetery,_Prague" rel="nofollow">Old Jewish Cemetery</a>. I'm not quite sure of the exact angle from which it is shot.

It's a really fascinating place where people were buried in layers in a very small area over a couple of centuries. It was pricy when I lived in Prague to get in so it's probably more so now but I would recommend spending half a day there and at the other jewish sights if you have time in your schedule (think they are all included in the same ticket).

Hello,
I was wondering if you had any information about the graveyard Kirk Pengilly stands in whilst playing his sax solo.
This, by the way, is an utterly FANTASTIC thing you've done for INXS fans everywhere. Can't wait to go to Prague and use your guide! Many thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I'm in Heaven!! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! You're amazing!! How did you find this info? Or are you just very familiar with Prague, so you recognized each shot in the video? Have you found out yet which building "Guns in the Sky" was filmed in?

Well, Michael, you have made a crazy INXS fanatic VERY happy. Thank you, thank you! :-)

Hi Terri, thanks for your comment.

I've created a Google Map of <a href="http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&ll=50.086859,14.410758&spn=0.014484,0.042315&t=h&z=15&msid=113099142358450958945.00046c7cb6d4ddab90197" rel="nofollow">Never Tear Us Apart Prague Locations</a>

The locations are of course all still there but you will arrive with crowds of tourists to a Prague that look a lot more polished than what you see in this 20 year old video.

If you want to get a more quiet view of the city I would suggest taking a walk around the city at sunrise. Either wake up early or party till late :)

Enjoy your stay!
